Shipping & Returns
If you return the item in its original condition within 90 days, you will receive a full refund, less shipping costs, issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
If the item you are returning was given as a gift, you will receive Borsheim’s store credit. You may use this credit at any time to purchase the item of your choosing.
To return an item, simply complete the merchandise return form included with your package. In the absence of this form, please make sure to include your name, address, daytime phone number or email address and your original form of payment. Send to:

Please return your package using your carrier of choice. Borsheim’s recommends using USPS Registered Mail or Federal Express Overnight services. Please send the package to us fully insured for the purchase price.
Watches returned within Borsheims’ 90-day return policy must be in NEW condition and include the following items:
Original watch box with brand-provided materials:
· Warranty Card
· Instruction book
· Extra links that may have been removed
Possible return charges
· Visible wear may incur charge for complete strap replacement
· Case and bracelet refurbishing
· A service charge of up to $150.00 will apply if items listed are not returned with the watch
Note: All factory warranty service requires the original warranty card or an original copy of the receipt.

In the unlikely event we process your order incorrectly or your item was damaged in shipment, we will gladly take back the item and exchange it for another, or return your item and credit you the full amount of the purchase. If this should happen, please call our shipping office at 800-642-GIFT (ext. 186) or email us at ship@borsheims.com for procedures on returning the item. Damaged items require the original packaging.
